In Russia, there are many non-profit self-regulatory organizations (SROs) involved in construction, design, reconstruction and nuclear construction. How to navigate and choose the best of them? This will help SRO rating of builders Russia 2016, compiled on the basis of a study by the Dialog-Advertising advertising agency. The analysis conducted by marketers and lawyers, as well as surveys of SRO employees, allowed us to identify the best self-regulatory organizations whose activities are carried out in full harmony with Russian law.

10. Non-profit partnership "Interregional Association of Designers" StroyProektSecurity "

The top SRO is opened by a Moscow organization operating in the construction market since 2009. The purpose of its existence is to protect the rights and interests of SRO participants who are involved in the preparation of design documentation related to the safety of capital construction projects.

Clients of the SRO NP SPB praise the partnership for speed of work and reasonable prices.

9. “Center for special construction and repair”

Opened in 2012, a voluntary construction partnership is positioned as a common resource for professional builders. It helps to obtain SRO approval for construction contracts, and assists in government tenders.

8. “Regional Alliance of Searchers”

This young Moscow organization (appeared in 2014) works, as the name implies, in the field of research, namely, it issues permits.

7. Association of construction organizations "PromStroyCenter"

It arose in 2009 in the capital and is among the members of the national association of builders. Collaborates with leading training centers, offers accounting support and support for all types of transactions. The organization has a system of relationships between participants, which greatly facilitates the timely response to signals from members of PromStroyCenter.

6. The Union of Builders "SPETSSTROYSTANDART"

And again, the young Moscow SRO (“time of birth” - 2014), delighting customers with both operational efficiency and free consulting assistance.

5. Interregional association of construction organizations OboronStroy

One of the oldest organizations (appeared in 2009) opens the first five of the SRO rating of builders in Moscow. OboronStroy is contacted when it is required to obtain permits in the construction sector. A feature of the SRO is the availability of a risk compensation fund. For Moscow and the regions, there are different annual and one-time entrance fees:

• 50 000 rubles annually (for regions) 120 000 rubles for the capital and the region;
• 45 000 rubles one-time (for regions) and 100 000 rubles for Moscow and the region.

Other SROs from the top 10 have more modest appetites: 5 thousand rubles - an entrance fee and 60 thousand rubles - an annual membership fee.

4. "Regional Alliance of Designers"

In addition to the entry fee (5 thousand rubles) and annual (60 thousand rubles) contributions, this SRO also has a contribution to the compensation fund (at least 150 thousand rubles). For customers there is the possibility of obtaining installments, and the cost of work is relatively small compared to similar services in the design market.

3. Non-commercial partnership "Spetsstroynadzor"

The Moscow SRO includes about 107 organizations involved in the construction of particularly dangerous and technically unique facilities. Spetsstroynadzor itself is a member of the National Association of Builders.

2. "A single association of designers in the Leningrad region and the North-West"

The only participant in the SRO rating in construction, based in St. Petersburg. It has been operating since 2010 and is engaged in the issuance of permits for design.

1. "Self-regulatory organization of repair and construction companies"

SRO from the city of Ufa was established in 2009. It specializes in issuing permits in the field of construction. Most members of the organization (a total of 165) are representatives of small and medium-sized businesses. The SRO consists not only of Ufa companies, but also companies from different cities of the Russian Federation.
